• Account information (Amazon Seller Central read-only access, ad spend data, performance metrics) if you become a client of our agency brands

• Documentation requested by you for vendor due diligence purposes (which we provide; we do not retain the verification evidence beyond the engagement)

Sub-brand engagements

When you engage with one of our agency brands (currently ProfitableAds), the data you share may be processed under both that brand's operating terms and this group-level policy. The brand-level engagement agreement supersedes any conflicting language here for matters related to that specific service relationship.

Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.
